Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is accessed by Countable Earth Publisher ("the tool"), the internal program Marsilyo Studio ("we") uses to publish Countable Earth videos to our own accounts on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. It also covers the Countable Earth pages on this website.

Marsilyo Studio is the name under which an independent developer (an individual, not a registered company) publishes Countable Earth. In this policy, "we" means that person.
2. Who uses the tool
The tool runs on our own computer and is not offered to the public. Only the channel owner signs in to it, and only with accounts that belong to Countable Earth. It has no user registration, no accounts for other people and no website login.
3. YouTube API Services
The tool uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to our own YouTube channel. By using the tool, its users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. What the tool accesses

The tool does not read, collect or store information about viewers, subscribers, commenters or any other users. It does not access YouTube Analytics, private messages, contacts or payment information.
5. How the information is used and shared
- Only to publish and manage Countable Earth's own videos, as described above.
- We do not sell, rent or share it with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Uploaded content is sent only to the platform it is published on: Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram) or TikTok, under each platform's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Cookies and tracking
The tool does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. The Countable Earth pages on this website do not use cookies, analytics or advertising, and fonts are served from our own site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site.
7. Retention and deletion
- Access tokens are kept until we sign out or revoke the tool's access, and are then deleted from our computer.
- Information received from YouTube API Services is not kept for more than 30 days unless it is refreshed, except the IDs of our own uploaded videos.
- Upload logs are kept for up to 1 year.
8. Revoking access
The tool's access to a Google account can be revoked at any time on the
Google security settings page,
or with the tool's own revoke command, which revokes the permission at Google and deletes the stored token from our computer.
Access to Instagram or TikTok can be removed in each app's settings (connected apps / manage app permissions).
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Türkiye's KVKK or the EU/UK GDPR), you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, and to request correction or deletion. As described above, the tool holds no data about anyone other than the channel owner. For any request, email support@marsilyostudio.com; we reply free of charge within 30 days.
10. Security
All connections to the platforms are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access tokens and keys are stored only on our own computer and are never published or shared.
11. Changes
If the tool starts to access new kinds of information, we will update this policy and the date above before it does.
