Terms of Service
These terms cover Countable Earth Publisher ("the tool"), the internal program Marsilyo Studio ("we") uses to publish videos to our own accounts, and the Countable Earth video series published on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
1. The tool
- The tool is for the channel owner's own use only. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else, and no one else may sign in to it. Marsilyo Studio is the name under which an independent developer (an individual, not a registered company) publishes Countable Earth.
- It is used only to publish Countable Earth's own original content to Countable Earth's own accounts.
- Users of the tool must follow the terms of each platform it connects to: the YouTube Terms of Service (the tool uses YouTube API Services), Meta's Instagram Terms of Use and TikTok's Terms of Service.
- The tool never posts anything without our review: every video, title and description is prepared and checked by us before upload. Before each upload, the person running the tool must confirm that the video follows the YouTube Community Guidelines.
2. Our videos
- Countable Earth videos, animations, illustrations, music and texts are © Marsilyo Studio. You may share links to them and embed them using the platforms' own sharing tools. Please do not re-upload them without permission.
- Data used in the videos comes from public sources listed in each video's description, under those sources' own licences (for example CC BY 3.0 IGO for United Nations data).
3. Accuracy
We check our numbers carefully and explain our methods in each video's description. Still, the videos are for general information and education. Many figures are estimates or projections about groups of people, not predictions about any individual, and they are not medical, financial or legal advice. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we will correct it.
4. Comments and community
Comments on our videos are governed by each platform's community guidelines. We may remove comments that are abusive, spam or share personal information.
5. Privacy
See the Countable Earth Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
