Delete your account and data

You can delete your Big Paws account and all related data at any time, free of charge.

In the app (immediately)

1. Open Big Paws and tap the Settings icon at the top right of the home screen.
2. In the Account section tap Delete my data (guest) or Delete my account (Google) and confirm.
3. Your cloud backup, account and the game on your phone are deleted immediately.

To delete only the cloud copy: turn off Settings › Privacy & data › Cloud backup; your game stays on your phone.

By email (if you uninstalled the app)

1. Email support@marsilyostudio.com with the subject "Big Paws account deletion".
2. Google sign-in: send it from the Google address linked to your account.
   Guest account: include your player name, your pets' names and roughly when you installed the game.
3. After verifying the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Cloud backup: pets, progress, coins, items, room layout, player name and avatar
• Guest account ID; for Google sign-in, the Google link, email address and name
• The game save on your phone (when deleting in the app)

What may remain

• Crash reports (if you allowed them) are not linked to your identity and are deleted automatically within 90 days.
• The ad provider's (Google) own records follow its retention periods; you can reset your advertising ID in your phone settings.
