Terms of Use
By downloading and using Big Paws you accept these terms. If you are under 13, your parent or legal guardian accepts them on your behalf; if you are 13–17, please read them with a parent. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. The game
Big Paws is an entertainment game about caring for a virtual cat or dog. We offer it for free and may change, add or remove features. Health, food and care information in the game is for entertainment and is not veterinary advice for a real animal.
2. Virtual coins and items
- Coins, items, food, medicine and rooms are virtual and have no real-money value; they cannot be cashed out, transferred or sold.
- There are currently no real-money purchases. If we add any, price, content and (for subscriptions) renewal and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before purchase and statutory withdrawal rights will apply.
- We may change prices, rewards and rules to keep the game balanced.
- Rewarded ads are optional; coins are granted when an ad is fully watched and within the daily limit. Coins gained by cheating may be removed.
3. Account and saves
Your save is stored on your phone. Without cloud backup or a linked Google account it cannot be restored if the app is deleted or the phone changes. You can delete your account and data at any time (Delete your account).
4. Conduct
Do not use offensive, hateful, impersonating or illegal content in player or pet names. Cheating, game-breaking software, automated ad watching or harming our services are prohibited; we may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The game's artwork, sounds, code, name and logo belong to Marsilyo Studio. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Liability
The game is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses of saves or virtual items. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Privacy

8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will ask for your consent again in the game after significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
