Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is processed when you use Big Paws, the mobile game developed by Marsilyo Studio ("we"), why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and your rights. For players under 13, also see Information for parents.

Big Paws has no chat, messaging, friend lists, sharing or user-generated content visible to others.
3. Permissions
- Notifications: to remind you of your pet's needs. You can turn them off in your phone settings or in Settings › Reminders. Notifications are scheduled on your phone; we have no notification server.
- Internet: for ads, optional cloud backup and crash reports.
- We do not request location, contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or activity permissions.
4. Ads (Google AdMob)
Big Paws is free and supported by ads: optional rewarded ads ("watch to earn coins") and short interstitial ads between activities. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which processes your advertising ID, IP address and device/app information under its own policies to show and measure ads and prevent fraud.
- Under 13: ad requests are tagged as child-directed; Google does not personalise ads and only shows ads suitable for general audiences (G).
- 13–17: Google's treatment for users under the age of consent applies; ad content is limited to PG.
- 18+: ad content is limited to PG. In regions such as the EEA/UK, Google's consent form is shown; you can refuse personalised ads and change your choice in Settings › Ad privacy options.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings.
- We never send your name, email, pet names or birth date to the ad provider.
5. Cloud backup (optional, explicit consent)
If you allow cloud backup, your game save, player name and avatar are stored on Google Firebase servers in Frankfurt, Germany, so your game comes back on a new phone. Only you can access your record. You can withdraw consent any time in Settings › Privacy & data › Cloud backup; your cloud copy and guest account are then deleted and your game stays on your phone. Sign in with Google works with cloud backup; if you don't allow it, or withdraw it later, your Google link (including email and name) is removed and your game stays on your phone.
6. Crash reports (optional, explicit consent)
If you allow it, when the game crashes the error log, phone model, Android and app version are sent to Sentry servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Reports never include your name, email, pet names, IP address or screenshots. Withdraw any time in Settings › Privacy & data.
7. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data or share it for marketing. We only use these service providers, on our behalf and for the purposes above:
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore (Germany), Sign in with Google, AdMob.
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry): crash reports (Germany).
- Competent authorities where required by law.
8. International transfers
We have no servers in Türkiye. Cloud backup and crash reports run in Germany; Google's account and ad services may run on Google servers including in the EU and the USA. Transfers for cloud backup and crash reports happen only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We never process special categories of data, national ID numbers, phone numbers, location or payment details.
9. Retention
- On your phone: until you delete the app or your data in the game.
- Cloud backup and account: until you turn off cloud backup or delete your account (deletion is immediate).
- Crash reports: up to 90 days.
- Support emails: up to 1 year after your request is closed.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Türkiye's KVKK or the EU/UK GDPR), you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict processing, data portability, withdraw consent at any time and complain to your data protection authority. Email support@marsilyostudio.com; we reply free of charge within 30 days.
11. Account and data deletion
In the game: Settings › Account › Delete my data / Delete my account deletes everything immediately. If you uninstalled the game, see Delete your account.
12. Children
Big Paws is suitable for all ages. For players under 13 we require parental consent before play, disable Google sign-in, do not personalise ads and put external links behind a parental gate. We do not knowingly collect more information from children than described here. See Information for parents.
13. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Cloud records can only be accessed by their owner. Personal details are stripped from crash reports. If you notice a security issue, please email us.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. If we make significant changes we will ask for your consent again in the game.
